Mouthguard Fits

Mouthguard's are an essential piece of equipment.  When worn, and properly used they help prevent concussions, broken teeth, lip injuries, and other serious injuries.  Mouthguard's should not be uncomfortable or irritating for the player.  

For a mouthguard to properly fit the player should be able to breathe and speak without an issue.  If the player can not breathe or speak with the mouth guard then it does not fit right.  

The mouthguard should fit securely in the player’s mouth.  When the player relaxes their jaw the mouthguard should not drop.
